Aerobics: A popular all-over body workout.
Body Blitz: An easy to follow, basic form of workout, involving short intense effective exercises with small rest periods inbetween. The class improves athletic capacity, glucose metabolism and is an amazing fat burner that really works!
Bootcamp: The ultimate workout for full body strength and conditioning, incorporating a wide range of speed, agility, stamina, and conditioning exercises.
Cardio/Conditioning/Core: Three workouts in one! Designed to give the ultimate challenge and a total body workout with 20 mins Cardio, 20 mins Conditioning and 20 mins Core.
50+ Fitness: A relaxed and friendly circuits-based class involving aerobic exercise using hand weights and aerobic exercise.
Recreational Kickboxing: This freestyle kickboxing class is a mixture of cardio and core stability work using gloves, pads and focus mitts. Great for improving fitness and learning self-defence techniques. Grading on request. Led by a 1st Dan Black Belt instructor. Pre-booking required.
Total Circuits: An energetic mix of aerobic and resistance training to give you a complete cross-training workout.
U3A Keep Fit: A fun and varied, low intensity aerobics class incorporating some light circuit training.
