As well as sport and fitness classes we offer some 'fun' activities.
We offer two session each week tailored to teenagers (14-15 years only). These are:
Tuesday - 3:45pm - 4:45pm
Friday - 3:15pm - 4:15pm
A supervised workout using cardiovascular equipment; rowers, treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers. Improve your strength using body resistance, fitballs and abdominal exercises. A health questionnaire must be completed before participating.
We offer fortnightly roller skating for all ages. Sessions are:
Saturday - 2:00pm - 4:00pm (2nd and 4th Saturday of the month).
Suitable for all ages, parents welcome. Bring your own skates; a limited number of skates are available for hire.
